We run a free referral line. That is the whole business, and we would rather say it plainly than dress it up.

What We Do

We operate a 24 hour dispatch line for St. Petersburg and Pinellas County. When you call, a dispatcher takes the details of your situation and connects you with an independent biohazard remediation company that is certified for the work, permitted to handle regulated waste in Florida, and actually covering your ZIP code.

That is useful for one reason. Nobody in this situation wants to research contractors. You want one number that gets a qualified crew moving.

What We Do Not Do

We do not perform remediation. We do not employ technicians, own equipment or hold a biomedical waste permit. We are not a party to the agreement you sign with the crew, and we are not involved in the price, the payment or the work.

You will not find a founding year, a team photograph or a fleet count on this site, because we do not have any of those things. Plenty of sites in this industry claim all three. We would rather you knew exactly who you are talking to.

How We Are Paid

Participating remediation companies pay a referral fee for connected calls. That fee comes from their marketing budget. It is not added to your invoice and it does not change the price the crew quotes you. Calling this line costs you nothing.

How Crews Are Selected

• Current certification for bloodborne pathogen and trauma scene remediation
• Florida biomedical waste transport permitting
• Their own liability insurance and workers compensation
• Genuine coverage of the Pinellas County ZIP code you are calling from
• Written scope and pricing provided before work begins

If no participating crew fits your situation, we say so rather than sending someone unsuitable.
