How This Referral Service Works
Most people who land here are having one of the worst days of their life and do not want to research contractors. So here is the whole model in a paragraph.
We are not a cleanup company. We operate a free dispatch line that connects callers in St. Petersburg and Pinellas County with independent biohazard remediation companies that are certified, insured and permitted to handle regulated biomedical waste in Florida. You call once. A dispatcher matches your job to a crew that covers your area. That crew contacts you directly and handles the work. The crew pays us a referral fee. You pay nothing for the connection.
Step 1
You call
A dispatcher answers any hour of any day. They ask what happened, the property address, whether law enforcement or the medical examiner is still involved, and who has authority over the property.
Step 2
We match the job
The dispatcher finds a certified crew that covers your ZIP code and handles this type of incident, then confirms availability. You are told the company name before anything is dispatched.
Step 3
The crew takes it from there
They contact you, assess the property, and give you a written scope and price before work starts. Payment, insurance billing and the work itself are between you and that company.

What the Crew Is Responsible For
- Holding current certification for bloodborne pathogen and trauma scene remediation
- Carrying their own liability insurance and workers compensation
- Transporting and disposing of regulated waste under Florida Department of Health rules
- Giving you a written scope and price before work begins
- Billing your insurance carrier directly where the claim allows it
What We Are Responsible For
- Answering the line 24 hours a day with a person, not a recording
- Matching your job to a crew that is certified for it and covers your area
- Telling you which company we are connecting you with before dispatch
- Saying so plainly when no participating crew is a good fit for your situation
What we are not
We are not a remediation contractor, we do not employ technicians, we do not own equipment, and we are not a party to the agreement you sign with the crew. Anyone telling you otherwise is misreading this site, and we would rather say it twice than have you find out later.
Common questions
How do you make money if the call is free?
Participating remediation companies pay a referral fee for connected calls. That fee comes out of their marketing budget. It is not added to your invoice and it does not change the price the crew quotes you.
Do you choose the cheapest crew or the one that pays you most?
Neither. Dispatch is matched on who covers your part of Pinellas County, who is certified for the type of incident, and who can actually get there in a reasonable window. If no participating crew fits your job, we will tell you that instead of sending someone unsuitable.
Can I just hire the crew directly next time?
Yes. Once you are connected, your relationship is with that company. We are not in the middle of the contract, the payment or the work.
What if I am not happy with the crew?
Tell us and tell them. We can connect you with a different company. We cannot resolve a dispute over work performed, because we are not a party to that agreement.
Do you ever send someone without my agreement?
No. Nothing is dispatched until you say yes on the call, and you are told which company is coming before they are sent.
